First Saturday Reception of Half Truth with Rosa Leff

Join us for a First Saturday celebratory reception of Half Truth featuring the hand-cut paper art of Rosa Leff. We're celebrating Philly style with local beer, Philly Pretzels and cheesesteaks! Rosa Leff will be here to share her collection of intricate cut paper art, all are hand-cut from a single sheet of paper and feature iconic imagery from classic Philadelphia neighborhoods. We will be here from 7-10 pm, following a demonstration at the Kimmel Center.

Rosa Leff has knowledge of traditional papercutting styles and techniques, but also a love of exploration.  Through her work with the Guild of American Papercutters, Rosa is well positioned to see where her work sits within the world of contemporary papercutting.

We've extended this exhibition through November, so be sure to join us if you haven't seen this work in person! Additional gallery hours on Saturday and Sunday from 12-5pm.
